Is the offset on a 1999 C43 the same as on a 1996 C280?

Hi,
I'm thinking about winter tires and wheels for my 1999 C43. Someone I know is selling wheels that he used on his C280, will they work on my C43? Same chassis, I know, but maybe the offsets are different? Or, if they are different will they work anyway? The wheels I'm thinking about getting are 16" and I think ET41 (not sure though) Thanks!

Alex

The original offset on your car is: front ET35, rear ET30. The offset on non AMG 202 is ET37 front and rear.
