300e rims on a E320 or C240?

Will it fit?
I know the C240 uses 16" tires while 300e standard is 15"

say 2004/5,the new model
Am considering a newer one(new c240 or used E320) and trade in my 300e.But I have rims with summer tires for the 300e in the garage and using the original rims for winter tires on the 300e now.
If I trade in now, would likely not give the dealer the aftermarket summer rims and summer tires in the garage.Hopefully can have a n extra set of rims ifthey fit the newer car/cars

Thanks. This is from my post 1.5 yrs ago.

On holiday in Malaysia now, picked up a set of JRD p,silver alloy wheels supposedly for MB 124 series with the following description. From this site,it seems that offset 37 is okay (as opposed to the stock of 48)
wheels:
15x7
JJ:does it mean J on mounting on both sides of lips?
5 holes
offset 37
pcd 112
Hole sizes 66.5(what does it mean?)
JIL(what does it mean, some kind of Jpanese standard?guessing)
someone mentioned this is a Japanese standard.
