94 S320 in Need of Tires

My 94 S320W (W140) currently has Michellin MXV4 plus H-rated tires. They are worn out.
I have an opportunity to buy 4 slightly used Pirelli P4000E W-rated tires for this car at a very low price.
Anybody have any input as to how the Pirellis will perform on my S320?
Should I even consider the Pirellis at any price?

I prefer most tires over michelins, especially Pirelli. Most michelins I have owned are like overinflated basketballs when you hit a bump they make noise. They do however last a long time and balance very nicely.

I agree with BigShot in respect to the Michelins with their pavement "slap", but all the Michelins I have had have been easy to balance and never failed structurally. I had Pirelli's on my S500 that came from the factory and they only lasted 13,000 miles. I would stick with Michelins IMHO.
