I am looking to put 16"-18" on my 1982 300sd. Does anyone know a good place to get these for a reasonable price? will putting on larger rims screw up my transmission?

They won't screw up your transmission with the right profile tire, but they might turn an already firm ride into buckboard harsh on rough roads.

ok, i just want nicer rims then the stock ones, i was thinking about the ones below, i see really nice rims on the 560sels i think it is that i would love to have on my car but i can't find them anywhere. Is there a place that sells nice rims for this car that won't mess it up??
