Removing Center Caps??

Any way to remove center caps on wheels without taking the wheel off of the car?

I don't think so without causing damage to the cap or wheel.

I don't think that there is any way to do it without damaging the cap or (worse), assuming that you are getting rid of old ones, chipping off the paint or chrome on the wheel. I have some that a shop removed, and each has a tiny notch. Remove the wheel!

I was able to do it with the edge of a small piece of plastic I had laying around- they popped right out. I wouldn't use anything metal though for fear of causing damage. Also, when prying if it feels like you need to use too much force, you might want to just remove the wheels to be safe. But I got lucky and they came out easily.
