Handling problem
Hi all,
I have a handling problem on my 98' W210 and wonder if anybody has any ideas. Whenever I take a bend, the whole car feels like it is sliding sideway or has the feeling of leaning over. It only happens at low speed, 10-30 mph. And also when I am turning in low speed, again at 10-20 mph, at the beginning of the turn it is ok, but then gradually it seems to turn faster as if I am losing the backend. I have new tyres on and geometry checked and they are ok. Any ideas? Some suggested it could be worn differential. Could it be anything to do with track rod arms or anything to do with the steering? You inputs are much appreciated. |

Do you get the problem on both left and right turns?
Do you get the problem when applying the brakes on the turns at the 10-30mph speed. Ever have the car lifted by using a jack on the rear differential? |
