Which way to rotate Nokian i3
I was going to rotate my Noian i3 tires today but I need to check if they are diagonal rotation or same side rotation. They have about 10,000 miles on them so far. Any insight?

Looking at the Nokian website, the I3 is asymmetric but bi-directional.
This means that they should be treated as ordinary bi-directional tires as far as rotation is concerned. I believe that you should just follow the usual recommended rotation procedure for your car (i.e., different cars have different rotation procedures). If you do same-side rotation, your tread blocks would eventually suffer from "feathering", due to the way the block hits the pavement as the tire rolls. This is only normally done on directional tires. |

Thanks BobbyV, I'll check the owners manual and see which direction they recommend.
