Made the Rolex24 Daytona race after all. Saw a RennTech E60 Benz in the infield. It was lowered WAY down and had the 18" SSR Integral (5-spoke) wheels. I read the info. about the SSR wheels on Tire Rack's website and would like to know how(if) they fit my 2000 E430 Sport.

What is the offset of these 8 x 18 wheels? Where are SSR wheels made? Are they strong?

I have just about given up on the BBS RC wheels since they are an unknown fit.

Also, are the fender lips rolled on the factory E430 Sports to get the 235 45 17 wheels/tires to fit?

THANKS!

The SSR Integral is a great choice. It is extremely strong
and light weight (18 lbs.) which is why Renntech is using them. In the 18" size you can run an 8" front and 9" rear. The finish has a 2 year warranty. They are made with a patented process called semi-solid forging. They are made in Japan by a very reputable company. SSR stands for Speed Star Racing
Thanks, Luke

Would the SSR Integral work well on a 420SEL? What size and tire combo would be the best?

I'm sorry to say that the SSR wheels will not work on your '86 420 SEL
