I'm not sure why I like the hubcap look so much, but even the smoker was presentable.....

IMHO, W123s look best with either original painted hubcaps or Bundts. Larger size aftermarket rims just look funny to me. Some period correct rims look reasonable, but I still prefer the originals. Of course, the problem is finding decent tires in 14-inch sizes. The best of both worlds would probably be 15-inch Bundts (anyone have 8 extras?).
