Help needed quick: Will these fit my 300E?

http://dallas.craigslist.org/pts/112431924.html

I may be meeting this guy after work tonight or tomorrow night. Will these fit my 1991 300E W124? I have the factory 15" wheels right now.

TIA

I know they will fit my 94-95 E320 as I bought a set for winter snows for my 94 E320 sedan.

The wheel offset is embossed on the inner rim. For the W124, it should be 35mm.

I believe the C is similar to CLK, in that the offset is 37 or 39 and if so they will fit the 124 chassis no problem, I have used a set on my 300D turbo for almost a year now. However I used the 16 in CLK wheels, I wanted to go plus-one. For the price that is a great buy if the wheels all look like the one pictured.
