Question Tire wheel question

Can I use these on my 87 w126 (560SEL)?

http://sacramento.craigslist.org/pts/116042833.html

I realize the offset or backspacing is different but I am unclear what problems this will cause. Is it caliper to wheel clearance or wheel to suspension interference or just aesthetics?

I need tires and aside from my curb rashed wheels my car is super clean so I thought doing a later model, low mile "take off's" swap would be the best route to take.

Thank you in advance for any guidance!
Great Forum!
