I really like the wheels on this car, but I know little about them. What are they? How can I get them to work on my 300D? How much will it cost?

Those are an AMG design. Can't tell from the picture, but they could either be the real AMG wheels or a replica, both were made.
I have seen them as OEM on the W208 CLK430 with the sport package, and I believe they also came on W208 CLK 55 convertibles. You could try tirerack to see if they have them.
