Fitment Question '98 S500

I have a 1998 S500 with the 16' wheels from a 2000 S500 and need new tires.

The stock size for the 1998 is 235/60-R16 with a 100 load rating.
The stock size for the 2000 is 225/60-R16 with a 98 load rating.

I am thinking of the Kumho ECSTA ASX tire which does not seem to be availble in the 100 load rating in the 225 size.

Now the questions:
Will the Kumho ECSTA ASX be a good tire on this car? (Or is the price just right?)
Will a 235 fit on a stock 2000 S500 rim? If not, will the 98 load rating be enough?

Thanks in advance for the help.
