how to fix this leak

Yesterday i had a flat while the car was sitting at home. Today i pressurized the tires and sprayed some soapy water all over the wheel. I found the leak to be between the tire and the rim on the inside (the side that faces underneith the vehicle.). its seems to be just one tiny pin hole leaking out.

how do it fix this? i am thinking of deflating and gooping on some of that rubber cement that comes with the tire patch, around the bead, re-inflate and checking again. will this work? also can u buy this sealant without the whole kit? please advice me on this.

Ned

It might be a bead seal problem that remounting the tire will fix, but it would help to know exactly what type of wheels you have. If they happen to be chrome plated, the leak is probably from flaky plating and the remedy is either get new wheels or have them stripped of the plating and paint them.
A solution for minor leaks is to use paint-on rubber on the areas affected, I've seen it work well. But under no circumstances use any of the liquid rubber stuff they sell in a can that you inject into the tire while its mounted on the wheel - that is a recipe for a disaster.
