123 lugbolts vs. 126 lugbolts?

I want to upgrade my 123 with 126 15" wheels. I've been told that they have the same bolt pattern. Also have been told I'll need 126 lugbolts. What's the difference between 123 and 126 lugbolts and where are they available (besides the dealer)?
