Hey Luke - I'm still waiting for those OZ Futura modulars to arrive. I can hardly stand it...

Now I have this "spare" set of 17" monoblocks, 8" ET 34 in front and 9" ET 29 for the rear. Will they fit the ML? Is it OK to run a staggered set-up on an AWD vehicle? Also, I've read in previous posts that one must be aware of the wheel's load rating. Where do I find that on the rims? What number should I be looking to match?

Luke (or anyone else who has experience/info), I know this is alot of Q's but how about one more - would you agree that the Pirelli Scorpion in 255/60-17 fronts and 275/55-17 rears are the best choices for tires?

you really don't want to run a stagger on an all wheel drive vehicle like your ML. And the load capacity of your Monoblocks isn't high enough for the ML either. We shipped the OZ wheels on 3-23-01 so you should have them any day
Thanks, Luke

With 4-ETS electronic traction system, wouldn't the ML compensate for differences in traction between the front and rear tire sizes?

If not, what about running the same size tires on the 8" front rims as the 9" rear rims, say 255/60-17?

I'm still not clear on the wheel load rating...where do I find the numbers on the wheel?

Thanks again.
