Yesterday, I was examining my front suspension for a possible bad ball joint. While the front wheels were off the ground I notice that when you spin them they only spin maybe two or three revolutions before stopping. Is there something going on? Are my brakes holding or can my wheel bearings be too tight? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

The brake pads are always in contact with the rotor. Pushing the pads away from the rotor should let you spin the wheel freely
