Wheel swap 05 S500

I have a freind who owns a 05 S500 4Matic with the sport pkg. It currently has AMG wheels and tires. To get him through the winter I offered him a set of rims so he could order some winter tires from Luke and have them mounted for the winter. The wheels I have I bought at a yard sale but I know they were the stock wheels off of an 06 or 07 500S. Will they fit ( offset , lug pattern, lug depth ). I know that my freinds car has the tire pressure sensor and the wheels I have do not. ( are'nt they in the schrader valve cap ? ). Help
