Staggered Wheel Specific Sizing

I didnt know how to search on what I am asking about, so if I cause a repeat I apologize. I am trying to gather information as to who/how one might go about taking a 2/3 piece wheel and having the outer rim changed so as to change it to a negative offset. (Specifically, the Lorinser LM6 style?). Is there anyone who can take it and make it deeper? I am doing some drastic body modification and I look to get 12" wide in the back and like 8.5 or 9" in the front -but- with a relatively deep offset to accomodate fender flaring, and not like an inch or two but somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-10 beyond the stock flare... Any info is much appreciated.
