Unhappy I need to borrow a spare wheel/tire for a day or two...

I've finally found a local front-end shop here in St. Petersburg that I believe is an honest/qualified establishment. However, they have informed me that they can't align my 1996 W210 with the wheels that are presently on it (18" Brabus Monoblocks) because the wheels don't have a lip to mount their equipment to. If possible, I would like to borrow someone's spare wheel/tire purely for alignment rack purposes. The car will not be driven on this wheel/tire. I am willing to come pick it up and drop it back off along with offering a cash deposit if desired. If you can help me out, please e-mail me at: C.Falvey@hotmail.com or call me at: 727-470-3891.

Thank you in advance,
Chris Falvey

I would call your local dealer and ask the question. You are likely to get a better alignment for only a little more money. Many, many alloy wheels do not have lips.
