Guys,

I found a set of wheels that I am told are part # 1244011402 and I am looking for the 16x8s that I can put onto my 95 E420 that will still look stock. Are these the correct ones ? IF not does someone else have a part # for me ? or a set to sell ?

Thanks

Well this is how I think it works, if it has 124 in the beginning of the part number then by what we know, it should fit as that is a w124 part.

I believe those wheels are from a 500E, which had 16X8 wheels.

The wheels might be too wide for your car.

If you are going with 16" and you want to stay within factory wheels, look for the European 16" wheels for the E420.

I myself have a set of 16x8 et34 8 hole wheels off an R129 SL, but from what I have been told and from what my local tire shop tells me, those wheels wont work because they will rub, and they will stick out, so they are not on the car, and I can't sell them because they are off my dad's car, and he doesn't want to sell them, plus the edges are pretty scraped up.

My current wheels, are 16x7.5 ET35 and they fit perfectly.

If you want to go 17", I believe 17x7.5 with an ET of 35 or 37 should work fine.

But as far as those wheels fitting your car, I do not know for sure, so you probably want to wait for luke or chiragp, or one of the other guru's here to answer for you.
