I have a '92 300E. I currently have Borbet 16x7.5" wheels w/ Yokohama AVS Sport 205/55/16 tires. Now it is winter and during last summer I got a set of W140 S-Class 8-Hole wheels to use as my winter wheels. On them I have Michelin Energy MXV4 MS 205/55/16 tires. However, whenever I put my winter (W140) set on, it hits the shock very, very bad on the front. I realize this is due to a offset problem. What is the correct offset I need to use these wheels on my car? I will have to use a spacer, so my lug bolts for those wheels will need to be longer. Where can i get some lug bolts that will fit the W140 wheels that are about .5" longer than the factory ones?
