My 92' 300D currently runs 195/65 HR 15 tires on stock rims. My question is whether or not I can put a larger tire on these stock rims without causing problems. I would like to put as much rubber on the road as possible without changing the rims.
Thanks, Roscoe

205/60/15 is the max you can go. The difference is negligible. I'd stay with stock unless you have a 7" rim, which you don't. 195s just work best.

The new Pilot Exalto will be available in that size. Buy it or the Continental CH90 or Pirelli P6000 Powergy. All high perf. tires.
