Need advice on wheels
I am looking at a set of 7x15 8 hole wheels, originally from a 380SEL. The
et is 25, the part/casting/mfr number is 0570626. I am contemplating fitting these to my '95 E320 wagon, and need advice if they will fit. Current wheels are 6.5x15 with an et of 44. The increase of 19mm in offset is a concern. |

new wheels ET25
old wheels ET44 negative ET moves it in positive moves it out... your going to need some spaces because if you dont the wheels going to look stupid with such a large fender gap and probably hit the tie rods up front as well as longer bolts |

In this case, the difference in offset will move the wheel away from the center of the car, ie. closer to the wheel well lip. The W124 fenders are fairly narrow so you will most likely have some rubbing issues.
The larger problem though is that your front brake calipers will probably not clear the back of the wheel. You should test fit before purchasing. |
