Yes and maybe. Yes, they'll fit, but the seller didn't state what the offset was - so they may/may not stick out.

So a 114.3 is close enough to 112 for there not to be any issues? If these are the same ones I'm thinking of, they were asking $500 for them on Craigslist about a month ago.
