Can anyone tell me the correct pressures to run on a w140 with Conti 245 18 45 ZR's

Also where can I find MB tyre pressures on the web ?

try the michelin.com website.

I would suggest running 36psi front and 38psi rear. I find these pressures to offer enough wheel protection, even tire wear and comfort.
