Will 17" ML wheels fit my 1994 E320?

I just bought a set of 17" factory wheels & tires from Craigslist for only $60.00. Yes $60.00. They were only on the vehicle for the first year. They were cleaning the garage and they had to go. Anyways, I know the tires are too large, wondering if the wheels will fit. They were on a 2002 ML SUV.

thanks!

results from rim/tire calculator

Hi,
I ran it through the rim tire calculator and compared it to the
17x8 et35 with 235x45 tires (the config I use with no problem)

The calculator says this:

Package is 17 mm (0.7'') closer to suspension/brakes components. Make sure that you have enough room for that. If not, consider lower offset, narrower tires or using spacers.

Fenders 100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)

the calculator is at:

Good Luck

Thank you. I'm assuming the tire store will have spacers.
