will 15inch w124 wheels fit on 1998 clk320

I have snows mounted on oem 300e wheels, circa 1988. I know the 16" clk wheel fit the 300e, but will the 300e wheels fit the 1999 clk (sorry for typo in thread title)? Thanks.

most likely no because w124's had some pretty whimpy brakes and needed very little brake clearance but, the only way to know for sure is with either the technical drawing for the wheel or a test fit
