wheel offset question
posting here for a fast reply
what is the offset on a set of staggered Funnel spokes (7.5 F, 8.5 R) from a 2005 C230 sport??? must know sooooon.. Last edited by TheDon; 03-28-2010 at 03:23 PM.

Don is it stamped on the wheel? I have one setting here could go look for you.

the guy that is auctioning them doesn't have them listed.. I want to know before he tells me so I can withdraw my bid if they will not fit my W123
is it a 7.5 or 8.5 because depending on which one of the wheels that was curbed I might need an extra the fronts have 225's and the rears 245's

8.5's pretty serious offset. Trusty wooden ruler says 4.5" of wheel are behind caliper

understand - just figured the offset for 230 wheels would be the same.

I see funnel spokes all the time in the parking lot at work.. I keep thinking.. all I need is two from the front and two from the rear.. one at a time and I'll have a set. hehehehehehhe

I have a set of 16" from a W140. For S and Giggles put one on the front of a 126 when I was doing brakes - Looked good but no way it would work (unless I was just going straight).
