tire and rim question 300e

I have a 1987 300e original tire size 195 65 r15. I purchased used (off a 230c) rims and tires size 225 65 r16. I installed them but the front tire rubs the shock, it looks like it needs 1/4 to 1/2 inch of room to clear the shock. What size spacer should i get to drive the car safely, without rubbing? and where should i look online to get the spacers?

225/65-16 is way too tall for your car
