Where can I get Monoblocks?

I've always loved the AMG Monoblocks (II) and planned to get them for my 91 300TE "someday". Someday is soon, and I don't see them on the Tire Rack site anymore. Have they been discontinued? Is there another place that I can find them? Will Monoblocks from a CLK fit my W124?

Does anyone know if these wheels are no longer being manufactured?

Thanks!

Just search ebay and craigslist for a set - they're common as heck.

Hey, thanks for posting that link. They seem to have a pretty good assortment and the prices seem pretty good.

I got a set of eight hole 15" wheels for my CE there, refinished in the black hyperchrome finish (which is not chrome and can be driven in any conditions, including salted roads). The wheels are OEM and perfect.

I'm looking for something that will fit with no problems. 17x7.5 is what is being sold at wheelcollision.com, and I think that is the size that was sold at Tire Rack when they stocked them. I'm not into the super sized rims look so 17 is just about pushing it for my taste...

Thumbs up Nice

Those monoblocks look perfect on the wagon. For future reference (I drive a '95 e320s) what size are the wheels and tires, and what offset, and part number if you have that info? How was the ride impacted?

Thanks, el presidente

That wagon is beautiful. I don't know if I have the stomach to get into fender rolling.
I just moved out of a 1989 300e (where I had rebuilt much of the suspension / shocks) into a 1995 E320S (wagon). I am surprised at how much softer this rides is, how mushy. I am sure I will replace the front struts soon. Are the wagons basically much softer than the sedans? ANy suggestions on shocks, HD or Standard?

The mushy ride is a result of worn struts and blown SLS nitro spheres.

Replace with Bilstein HDs and new OEM nitrogen spheres.

Its also an E320T.

I would agree...Paul, how many miles are on your wagon? Omegabenz, you did well to get those prices - wheels in excellent shape bring good offers.

Yeah, maybe I could have gotten more, but this buyer was awesome and he paid immediately, so I am happy and he is happy too.

some wheels, no affiliation. I prefer wheels without tires so I can just refinish the wheels and buy new ones.
