6x14 bundts what size tire?

My 83 380 sel came from the PO with w124 wheels and bad spacers (not hubcentric). I've been looking for original replacements and found a set of bundt cakes locally at the giveaway price of $15.00 for all four (very nice & straight with no curb rash). The catch is, 2 are 6x14 and 2 are 61/2x14, both are et30.

I'm planning to buy a set of Kuhmo kr21's from tire rack. Should I go with 195/75/14's or 205/70/14's and which wheels should I put on the front/back?

I rarely drive over 75, and what I want most is smooth, quiet, comfortable ride.

Finally, is there a problem mixing the 2 widths?

should not really be a problem mixing widths, i have those very rims on a w123 and i have 205/70's on it and have no problems with rubbing of any kind. if you are going to get 2 different width rims i would say put the wider one int the back, but that would allow you to run a wider tire if you wanted to stay with the 195's in the front. i would go either the 6" all around on 205's, i think that would give the best results.

Your car (W126) came originally with 14-6.5-ET30's all around. The 123 had 6.0's with 195's (lighter, smaller car)

Your correct tire size is 205/70/14, do not go any more narrow, 205's are too narrow in my opinion, you will loose traction, but they are the OE spec.

You could use the 6.0's if you'd want (I wouldnt) but you'd want them both upfront.

Be sure to keep them on the same axle if your going to run two different sizes of rim. (Think racecar, keep the wider rims on your drive wheels (rear).

My suggestions-
1)Nix the bundts (personal preference) in favor of a 16" rim (it just looks better on that chassis.
2)Ride on Michelins (Premium cars need premium tires)
3)If bundts are a must, aquire a two more 6.5's in place of the 6.0's

$15. . .is a real steal.

I hope this is somewhat helpful.

I don't think it even matters much whether the wider rims are on front or rear, but I would keep them the same width on each axle.
