will these 2 set of wheels fit my 94 S350D?

I have 2 more set of wheels not sure about it. Want to get some opinion from anybody. First set came off from 02 CLK 320, W208. They are AMG and the size are:
Front Wheel: 17 x 7.5, ET 37, Toyo Proxes 225/45/ZR17, one of the tire is sligthly wear on the edge.
Rear Wheel: 17 x8.5, ET 30, Toyo Proxes 245/40/ZR17.

The other set came off from S class S55 and are also AMG and the size are:
Front Wheels: 8.5JX18, OEM part number A2204010802, offset 44, tire 245/45/18
Rear Wheels: 9.5JX18, OEM part number A2204010902, offset 46, tire 275/40/18

Are there any one fit my 94 S350D, W140? Thanks.

The rears on the first set are probably not going to work well as they will rub on the fender lip, unless you get a narrower tire as that offset is going to "push out" that wheel a lot.

The second set should fit just fine.

W208 uses 12mm wheel bolts, W140 uses 14mm wheel bolts. You won't be able to get bolts that will thread into your hubs through wheels other than for an S-class.

I've seen really wide tires in the rear of a W140 but 275 ET46 might be pushing it.

edit - corrected bolt diameters
