What are the smallest and lightest wheels one can fit on a W202?
Right now I am running the OEM 15" 's.
Is a 14" possible?

There were 14" wheels on the early W201, which will fit. The "lightest" rim would probably be the 13# alloys from the CLK.

14's will not clear the brakes on your W202 .. .15's is the smallest diameter

Why would you want smaller ones? I thought everybody was going the other way to larger wheels. I saw an SUV yesterday that looked like it had 22" rims on it. The tires looked like a flat piece of rubber stretched around the wheels!
