W210 E320 OEM Steel Wheels to W124 300E ?

I have aquired a set of Blitzzak s from a '01 320 W210 mounted on 7 1/2 X 16 J2 ET 42 steel wheels. (freebie)

Can I use these on my 93 300E W124 (sportline) or do I need to get the 16x8 OEM steel wheels and remount them?

I can't remember if the calipers will clear at ET42 (I assume they mean 42MM offset)...
