Wheel size - Will they fit?

I tried a few searches but couldn't seem to find right info.

Will 15" Rims from 94 300E wagon (14 hole I was told) - fit on a 98 C230?????????

should fit fine the 300E wheel is 15x6.5 ET42 and the C230 wheel is 15x7 ET42
