Ok have not seen this in a search of the archives as the usual question is if W210 wheels will fit on a W124 (going up a size, in this case I'm going the opposite way).

What I have is a extra set of W124 wheels with snow tires on them.
Wheels are 7J15 ET37 tires are 195-65-15

I'm thinking of putting them on a W210 in the winter (I have another set of 15's with snows for my W124). The offset should be fine, and the dia difference is close enough.

The question is are there any brake/suspension clearance issues? Since I have the wheels I will try to bolt them up this weekend but I figured someone might know the answer.

If no one knows I will post the results of seeing if they fit.

Well the answer is they do not fit - interference with the front brake caliper (Did not bother trying the rears).

So looks like I should sell these spares (don't need two sets of winter 15's and one set of summer tires) - I'll post on craigslist and here
