Cooper CS4
I just got (5) Cooper CS4s for my '88 300CE & they are really nice.
I drive every single week from NJ to Washington DC (nearly 500 miles R/T) and I have now put a little over 1600 miles on these new CS4s - so far, I am very impressed. I would have NEVER considered anything Cooper (from past experiences) and wanted only Michelin MXV4 for my '88 W124 - but these are really nice. I have dealt with light snow, hard rain, misty roads, hard pack surface & speeds in excess of a bit over 100 MPH. - very nice. I even had to swerve quickly on one late night drive (approx. 60 MPH.) to avoid an idiot Deer - solid. . . I knew nothing about them until Bob Gade (Exclusive Automobiles Service LLP. Lakewood, NJ) suggested them to me. I was very skeptical, but gave them a try; I could not be happier. I now plan to do the very same to my '84 W123 (300D) next. Cooper CS4s - give them a look & consideration.
