will these rims fit my car?

I found a set of 5x114.3 rims from a 05' E320 for sale and need to know if anyone can tell me if they will fit my car. I have a 99' E300 I would like to put them on. If a forum member can let me know it could save some time for myself and the seller if they would not fit.

Thanks,

Mike

uhh nope

the w123 is a 5x112 bolt pattern... like most other mercedes benz autos.. an '05 E320 with 5x114 is odd

Unless they changed bolt patterns from 04-05 those E500 wheels should be 5x112.

These would be for my 99' E300 Diesel (w210 not a for my 84 w123). I am using his info that the rims are from a 05 E320 5x114.3. I guess I may have to meet up with him and try one on my car.

i too was under the impression that all mercedes used the 5x112 bolt pattern.

however, you can make them work if they are only 114.3's. i did it here:

Check out my Ronals....A Sad Story....
and here:
Bundt to Ronal Lug Sizes

it's been working fine for around 5 or 6 thousand miles. no issues whatsoever and i check them frequently as does my indy. there are plenty of people who take issue with stuff like this though, and probably, to say the least, would not recommend it. but my anecdotal evidence checks out.

flame suit? i hope not.....

Bump for what? You want someone to say exactly yes or no?

I'm almost certain W211 wheels are 5x112. You can verify that, then figure out the offset, and you've got your answer. Of course, test fitting is the best way.

I'm surprised this thread hasn't been moved to the dead zone over in wheel forum.

Here you go:

Just make sure that the offset is correct otherwise you need to roll your fenders.
I agree with Tyler this thread belong to wheel forum not here

You have the answer - factory wheels off an 05 E320 will fit a 99 E300. 5x114.3 wheels will not fit without modification, and I can't imagine the work involved modifying the bolt spacing of wheels with cup or cone seating lugs. You are not getting a coherent story from the seller. 5x114.3 is a Japanese car bolt pattern.

There is also the issue of the centerbore diameter Jap vs M-B.

Doesn't Evan (KarTek) have these W211 wheels on a W210?

I put my parents from their E320CDI on my W124 yesterday, just to see what it would be like...
