Unhappy need lugnuts before i go nuts

i need 4 complete sets of 5 lugnuts each for a set of eight hole mercedes rims. rim size is 7Jx15H2. bot some rims off ebay and they require different size lugs than the factory lugs on my 89 420sel. lugnuts bottom out and rims won't completely tighten up to rotors. the current lugs set too deep in the new rims. the same length appears to all right, but the beveled ring washer (not really a washer, but the ring that seats against the rim) needs to be closer to theads by approximately 1/2-3/4". any help is appreciated or let me know where to buy/find some. thanks
