w201 wheels on w123
Hey guys I was wondering if stock 190E wheels fit on a 77 300D? Would it be an even swap with the matching lugs or would I have to get new lug bolts to fit them?
Thanks

I have tried ,190e rims are different upfront ,couldnt understand why the rim would go on the back but not the frt but their it is.If you found some 86 300sd I would think that these would work .

Offset for W201 is too high for a 123. To add to what chasinthesun posted, OEM 107, 108, 116 and 114/115 rims would be a direct fit.

So any rim that fits a 107 would fit a 123 with the correct offset/backspacing?

I have tried to put 15" w201 wheels on a w123 and here's what happens. the center cap pops out just a little because the hub sticks out farther and the lower tie rod end ever so slightly rubs the edge of the rim. the only way you can run them without doing damage to the wheel or car would be to put thin spacers behind the wheel and I would not recommend that to anyone.

The W126 wheels of similar design, but with round or oval holes instead of square holes, should fit the W123.
