w124 15 hole wheel sizes?

I'm going to buy a set of the stock 15 hole wheels to replace the stupid black wheels on my car(15 hole but painted with a crappy black paint).

The wheels I'm going to buy are from an '88 300E. I'm guessing they are the same size as the wheels that came with my car but I want to make sure.

Thanks

I thought your wheels were color matched?

But all the 15 hole wheels I've seen off of W124s were the same offset and size. They did 14s for 190s and some wonky offset for 126s. But if they fit the 300E right, then they should fit your car

Color matched. Pft. More like a crap tastic rattle can job. These wheels were the winter wheels. Paint is flaking off of two wheels

If I buy this other set I may try oven cleaner to remove the paint on top of the oem finish.

$100 for 5 oem wheels with 4 good tires sounds awesome.

Ended up paying $80 for all 5. 4 of the 5 have good rubber. One is low on air, hopefully its just that. The finish on them is decent. Tire size is OEM sized 195's. Awesome

I think I will just clean them up and bolt them on and drive on them until I need new tires again.

Don,
What year is your car?
The W124 had differrent part #'s depending on the year. Doesn't mean they won't fit on your car, but.....
Part No. W124 rim 1988

I'll have to take a look

Now all I have to do is restore a set of wheels back to factory fresh!

$80.00 USD for four (4) W124 wheels WITHOUT Skins is GREAT!

True dat. I paid $150 for a pair of 9 1/2's on ebay in Dec. Still happy with that.

5, with good tires. ( BF Goodrich or whatever will suffice for a few months).

One wheel has a bend in it and will not hold air. So, 4 good wheels then. I think I may just pull the tires off and strip, fix the curb rash, and get some better tires.
