Hi Guys,
My first post to this forum and i hope you are a little more forthcoming than th M-B forum here in "Merrie Ol' England"
I have a '92 190E 2.6 with M-B sportsline suspension. She goes into the shop for four new skins this w/end and I sense an alignment is in order.
My other car is a Miata, the suspension on which is almost infinitely adjustable and it responds well to precise settings.
I know v. little about the 190E (but promise to catch up
)and suspect it does not have the range of adjustment. That said I'd like to know what the optimum settings are as I hate going to the alignment shop without a little info and being completely at their mercy. Car used primarily for urban use with two or three long highway hauls to Europe. Not looking for super precise turn in rather more safety and stability. (I get the kicks from the turbo Miata)
Tyres are Toyo Proxes T-1S 205x55 on 15" M-B rims.
"I thank you!"
