The Pilot XGT V4/ZR are more performance bias then the Pilot HX MXM4. Both would wear about the same, and the all-season performance would be better form the Pilot HX MXM4. However, in FL I don't think that matters, so I would say the Pilot XGT V4/Z4.

I don't think you should even be looking at all-season tires in Florida. All all-season tires sacrifice the wet and dry performance for the ability to go through snow. I'm not sure you have alot or any snow in Tampa. Ass far as the comparison, The HX MXM4 is a touring all-season tire and has very good ride characteristics. The Pilot XGT Z4 is a performance all-season tire which is reasonably good in most adverse traction conditions. However the XGT Z4 is rather noisy and does not offer much in ride quality.
Hope this helps,
Luke
