280se rear suspension

my 280se rear suspension facing some "sink " problem.....getting worst when full loaded(2 passenger +full tank fuel)...so i decided to change shock absoeber(bilstein) and second hand good condition coil spring....and what happen now is......it still low at the same situation.......how i`m going to fix it ?should i use brand new or sport(hard) coil spring?
