Will these wheels work on my car?

I have been looking around for a set of 17s for my 1992 300E. At tirerack, I really liked the mille miglia spiders. I have also found some other wheels that I am interested in. So, I understand that a 17x7.5 would require a 35mm offset? Is this correct? I really do no want the wheels to stick out farther than the stock 15 inchers do right now. Second, what about bolt patterns? Would a 5 bolt with 112 (something, I don't know in what units this is measured) fit? The specs on the wheels are 17X7.5 5-112 35S . Finally, would it be possible to stick 225s on the back and 215s in the front? I have heard some instances of tire rubbing, and I don't want to have to roll my fenders out or the like. Btw, I am also installing neuspeed or eibach lowering springs to this car, so that might affect the tire stuff. Any and all knowledge you guys can impart would be greatly appreciated.

17x7.5 wil fit, bolt pattern is 5x112mm. The ET (offset) should be in the 34-38 mm range. Tires, well that gets tricky.

Rolling your fenders is not the same as flaring your fenders. Rolling just takes the lip inside the fender well in push it back enough so it doesn't rub on the tire. I think if you lower your car anyway, your still going to have to roll your fender to get the 215/45/17s to fit. I think 225/45/17s might rub, but theres not guarante on these things. I did a pretty decent roll job on my 190E, and get away with 215/50/16s w/o rubbing and I have almost a 2"+ drop, using the thinist pads, and Eibachs.

I've had 225/40/17s fit in there, 215/45/17s rubbed, 215/40/17s cleared. So that what I found on a 190E, a w124 has a little more room to play. Good Luck.
