Wheres my $120 rebate Tire Rack?

I ordered four Kumho tires back in Oct and mailed in the rebate forms as required. Still have not seen the $120 rebate.
Calling customer service gets one placed on hold indefinitely.

Anyone else have this issue?

Well, It has happened again. You would think I would have learned my lesson the first time.

Once again I ordered tires from the Tire Rack expecting a rebate. Months have past and checking the Kumho rebate claim status site reveals nothing.

So long Tire Racket! I've been 'racked' one too many times.

If it was a manufacturer discount wouldn't the issue be with kumho and not tire rack? Fwiw My experiences with tire rack customer service have been excellent.

X2 If anyone gets a chance to go to the South Bend IN facility please do so even if just passing by and need no tires. You can speak to a professional and see a real operation. they did not get there by not honoring tire manufacturers rebates.
BTW did you happen to discard a rebate card that was sent to you, looks like a credit card offer to distract you. that is done by the issuer not the one doing the service

Sorry, I know this thread is a few months old but I definitely agree with Sloride and Tobomachines.

If you are anywhere near Southbend IN you really must stop by Tire Rack. I am really impressed with their facility, staff and customer service. So much so that I drive from Chicago to buy from them(appox. hour and a half)

Angry Tire Rack Customer Service blows goats!

I too, have had issues with Tire Rack and their lack of cust. svc once they have your money, and I certainly wont be doing business with them again as a result of it.

So it wasnt just an isolated incident with Whiskey Dan.
