I've seen messages about larger than original tires. Is there an advatage? What's the largest for my 350SDL? Has 205/65/16 now.

Chris,
Call or email tirerack. (banner at top of screen) They have a detailed database telling exactly what sizes fit on what year/models. They will be able to tell you what tires will fit on your current rims or what tire/wheel packages are available. If your current is 205/65/16 then the next widest would be 225/60/16. You could try finding a 215 section width to fit but the math does not work in your favor.

Hope this helps...Lee

I believe the size in your 350SDL is 205/65-15. 225/60-15 will fit perfectly and make the car look a lot better. They look very good on my W126. W126 look undertired with the 205's.
