19 inch wheels on w210

Will 19 inch wheels with a 32 front offset and 35 offset in the rear fit a stock height 98 e300?

Wheel diameter is only part of the project, overall diameter matters more.

You will be overall diameter limited in the front by the upper ball joint height.

I've owned a '98 e300 for eleven years and have been quite happy with its performance with stock wheels. I think you should drive the car for a while with stock wheels before you switch to see whether they are adequate for your needs. These cars are now 20 years old and maintenance costs are high. Your money might be better spent elsewhere. They are wonderful cars if you just keep everything working.
