yest they are...but IM not sure what the offset is...It fit perfect in my E500...but kinda sat in....It'll fit perfect on a regular W124 for sure cus thats what I took it off of (300E).

There should be a # on the back of the rim.
How much for the wheels without tires and do they come with lug nut bolts. any defects?
also on a scale from 1-10 how would you rate them ?

I'll go check when I get home....W/o tires I'll give it for $400 or so + S&H...No lugs...you can use your own, No defects, I would rate them 7.5-8....If you live near by you can drop by anytime you want, just contact me first...
